itravel2000.com sucks / complaint on itravel2000.com
I was traveling to Newfoundland about 1 and half year ago and bought a ticket through itravel2000.com. On the way coming back from Newfoundland to Vancouver. itravel2000.com mistakenly provided incorrect itinerary and provided time of departure one hour behind the flight actual schedule. itravel2000.com did not apologize and did not compensate at all. I had to spend about 800 Canadian dollars flying back from Newfoundland. I have spoken to the original issuer of agent at itravel2000.com, but she was saying it was my own fault not checking with Jetsgo about the time flight leaves the New Foundland airport. And it is not their responsibility at all. Even I had written to Better Business Bureau to file to complain, they simply rejected my case and was in favor of itravel2000.com. I don’t suggest anyone buy tickets from itravel2000.com at all.

I am in the same position as you. I bought a 3 night package to the Breezes Bahamas and was not informed that the entire hotel was under construction. I wrote a very fair and just grievance to ITRAVEL200 and they blew it off as well as the better business bureau. If you have all your documentation, you should file a complaint with TICO because ITRAVEL200 is based in Ontario. According to the law, the AGENT or REP who sold you the product is responsible and you are owed compensation.

I would never suggest anyone to book with itravel2000. They have terrible customer service and their call takers are incompetent. We called itravel2000 a day before our departure to confirm details. However, when we got to our destination, we still had problems with our booking. Never again would i book with them. They are an unprofessional and incompent company.
